• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Shipping/handling fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• A valid unboxing video is required to process an exchange.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Shipping Costs for Returns
